so wat did i have for the whole day... lets recall y im feeling bloated now.

10am- riceballs from mrbean-$1.75
2pm- longan with almond jelly and 1 piece of wholemeal with jam-$1.50
4pm- a can of peach tea.. shouldnt have rite-$1
7pm- sandwich of peanutbutter bread.
9pm- 2piece of fish w/o gravy and 1 tahu and 3piece prawns.
err.. i think i should be happy with this diet.
total- $4.25

Will be doing it again tmr.
wholemeal bread with peanut butter is good.
easy and fast to prepare.
Tmr morning, gym at 8.30am
