i feel that i have done many many things today.
started my day real early. at 6am
as i had orders today, i have to prepare the things.
started of by going to sheng shiong for fruits, plastic shop for container, haig road market for prawns to cook at home.
came home its already abt 7.45am.
had to prepare the crust and cut the fruits, before getting ready to go to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.
went off to TTSH and reached at 10am sharp. and came off at abt 11.10, went home i have to rush to finish the tarts before meeting angel and jingting at TP.
i reached TP at abt 1pm, and passed Sue the tarts before heading to meet Angel and Jing Ting. serious, i miss them, when we did the projects, we were like stick to each other despite watever. eat,gossip,joke,laughing,scoldeachother,blog,lecture,projects,EPS,haha,TO JING TING:

after which, with angel we went off at 4pm. i went to Comfort Driving Center to renew my PDL and book TP date. wah, like finally eh. i even call the instructor for lesson. wah, haha tmr first lesson. fast eh.
straight away after i call the instructor, i went jogging. chiong like crazy eh.
there see i told i did many things. really many many things eh.

now is the next phase and the most difficult. most most difficult.
this febuary, is a very very significant month, as this was the month in 2008, i started wanting to lose weight. it was when i went serious in exercising, watching my food..
it marks 1 year of my dieting and
I AM PROUD OF MYSELF.
i lost a total of 15-20kg.
yes.
NOW, im going to start with 0 again. and starting to count from 1 to 15-20kg.
i need the mental and physical streght. really.
its not easy.

omg qis u really slimmed down a lot..omg..compare the last two pics..20 kg is like half my weight lah..good job dear..keep it up..lebih kan semangat yang membara..keke..
